His smooth voice spoke to me of ancient names, names long forgotten. Vowels dropping octaves then back. Something insect like, dripping and wet, shot out tasting, infecting me. Shock then fear was gone. His voice continued; I could see him to the side in a reflection but otherwise he was gone.
