Warudo: How can I make my character not flail around like the Wacky Wavy Inflatable Tube Man? I just want it to sit in a chair and move the hands and head/face, and the upper body as I move, nothing extreme like it's doing (only have webcam, no mocap suit)

Warudo: Props import to Unity just fine, but import to Warudo sideways, wrong size, and extremely stretched out in one dimension. anyone know a fix?
