I'm fostering this pug, Frankie, and I have no idea what I'm doing. When I walk him it sounds like he can hardly breathe, is that something I should be concerned about? I mean they sound like they can't breathe all the time but he seems to get worn out quickly. Also, any more tips about Pugs?
