It's been said two vaccine doses can make some strains of COVID feel like the common cold with only 25% symptomatic, yet the booster dose has a 74% chance of fever. Is it possible to design a 3rd dose that's as mild as the real disease at two doses? If so, would it confer less immunity?

If antibodies aren't made until two weeks after an infection, does that mean if someone's exposed to more of the same virus a few or several days after infection, they'll get even more sick? If they'd already recovered, will they get sick again?

My coworker claims that among those with natural immunity, people who took the booster shot had lower long-term immunity to variants than those who didn't. Does anyone know which study they might be referring to?
