The location of Earth's Lagrance Points L1 and L2 change with the position of Earth relative to the sun. That means the L-points travel. Would an object placed there simply travel with the L-points, or would they be left behind?

Is the radiation emanating from fuel rods in water the same (or similar) blue we see in the sky? I forget the name of that radiation, but I'm asking if that's why the sky is blue.
