Can anyone please read this ecg for me. My heart seems to slow down like this every minute or so fo an hour and then goes away. No premature beat though but feels horrible when it happens. Really need help:(

Heart pauses not related to my breathing happening every minute or so. Could anyone tell me what they are? Not PVC's or PAC's so what could it be? Feels horrible when it happens.
