Are my o2 sensors bad? Downstream o2 is reading 0v at idle, but voltage does up when I press the gas. Also the fuel trim is NA, what does that mean? 2013 Mazdaspeed3 with a p0171 lean code

Downstream O2 Sensor is reading 0v at idle. Also the lambda reading is N/A. Is the sensor bad? For reference, the car is a 2013 Mazdaspeed3 and has a p0171 lean code and a very rough idle. I checked for vacuum leaks and clean the fuel injectors but did not help.
