I'm an Indian living in colonized India in 17th century. Why I have less chance of getting shipped to west as a slave while my African counterpart is more likely to be shipped to be a slave in western world?

Giovanni Battista Piranesi in his etchings of Campo Marzio has dedicated a building named "Schola Poetarum". Is there any archaeological evidence of such a place? If there is can someone explain to me how it would have looked like or functioned like?

In Piranesi's reconstruction of Campo Marzio there is building named Schola Poetarum near pons triumphalis, Although there is no archeological evidence of such a space in Campo Marzio (like most of the elements piranesi introduced in his plan). How Piranesi would have imagined that space in 3D?
