Climate scientists of reddit, after runaway feedback loops is there a "new normal" where the climate stabalizes in the futer? Like can we expect the same climate as the dinousours in 100 years?

We see alot of predictions lately about a 4c world. Given that several feedback loops are already under way is 4c the new "stable" global temperature or can it go further? Is there a mechanism thats acts as a backstop or something?

On the where is Webb website it list the cold and hot sides of the telescope. How can space be 9c? I thought it was super cold in the vacume. Another comment I saw about this said something about interstellar median being thousands of kelvin which is... Hot? How does temperature work in space?
