Astronomers have used the Hubble Space Telescope to take pictures of far away galaxies and nebulae in stunning detail. Why doesn't this detail translate to taking pictures of our own planets, or trans-neptunian objects like Pluto?

If the ethanol in wine oxidizes to acetic acid (vinegar) if left exposed to air for too long, why doesn't the same happen with vodka? Or does it?

There are 3 objects in space: A, B, and C. B is stationary. A moves away from B at a speed of 0.6 c. C also moves away from B, opposite A, at a speed of 0.6 c. So A is moving away relative to C at a speed of 1.2 c (faster than light). What would A look like from C's viewpoint?
