(2012 gti) been hearing this scratching like sound around 1200rpm for a few weeks now. (faint on camera but can be heard) Can really only hear it when windows rolled up, if im driving with windows down i cant hear it. Any ideas what it can be?

2012 GTI, Does anyone know if this year has the updated tensioner? My mk6 is at ~175000 without ever checking out the tensioner. Plan on checking it but can anyone confirm if this year has the new model tensioner?
