What's the reasoning behind leaving "isolated tribes" uncontacted? I am referring to examples like the various Amazonian tribes that have no contact with the outside world? Isn't it only ethical to try and contact them and bring them into the fold of the rest of the civilization?

Fever is supposed to be an indication that the body is fighting an infection. When we take a fever reducing medicine does it mean that body’s infection fighting abilities reduce?
