Fidelity is back up. Vanguard has some beta version running. Schwab-still nothing. Anyone else have accounts at other firms going?

Watcher Guru reports Schwab, TD, RH, Etrade and Fidelity down. What is the larger issue we aren't being told? Cyber attack, something like a crowdstrike meltdown or have they seriously locked retail traders out of the market.
