Hello guys we have an old telephone box from verizon mounted on the side of the house with the line to the pole. Not in use anymore and i want to take it off and to abandon the line do I call Verizon to do this? It was for land line phones in the whole house

How inspectors have to check to see if you used primer. We have to either use purple primer or a UV reactive clear primer. The other joints were done before the code change lol
