Found a CRT in my closet and hooked up a Pi. You can't tell that well from the picture, but man, these older games really are meant for CRT. Look 10x better than on modern displays

Some say tiers don't matter, and that's largely true I think, but there are def characters I don't think we'll ever seen mained in the top of the top. In other words, tier lists should be more or less just competivtvely viable or not. This is my thought. I noted as well chars played by top 20 tho.
