I am using Suboxone for pain for over a year. I am on the max dose and it obviously manages pain very well; however, it works too well. I am so tired all the time but I need to get a job. Is there a dose that I can still be functional or should my goal be to stop entirely. I appreciate feedback :) NSFW

Do you spit or swallow? l recently switched from Suboxone to straight buprenorphine tablets but even they make me gag. So I've considered going back to Suboxone; especially since they have the film. NSFW
