My (43F) ex-bf (34M) was my caretaker while I battled cancer, until he left me b4 chemo was done 4 someone else. Ghosted me, got strung out on drugs and is hiding from the feds. I reached out and he texted me: ‘Cancer shoulda took u out when it had the chance’. Wow. How would u react?
