Hit something on my wall and now my controller does this. Should I claim my warranty? Or is there a way to fix this?

What should I do to fix these controllers? I saw somewhere to use rubbing alcohol. It got louder and kinda half clicks now. Any advice? It feels like it’s kinda getting caught on the side.
