If I had two cups of water, one normal size and one as big as a swimming pool and stirred them both with proportionally sized spoons, would the larger pool of water keep spiraling longer than the smaller?

If I were to light a large object on fire(engulfed in flames not a small fire), like a house, and then put that object on a giant scale and measure its weight while fire and then suddenly put all the fire out at once would the weight of the house go up or down at all?
