A common criticism of the Bohr model was that orbiting electrons should produce EM waves, lose energy, and therefore eventually spiral towards the nucleus. Similarly, if gravitational waves exist, won't the Earth/other planets fall into the Sun?

Why do we use Relative Humidity in all the weather reports? Surely how dry it feels is related to the Absolute Humidity? Or if how dry we feel is because of Relative Humidity, why?

I realise that how humid it feels is based on relative humidity, not absolute humidity. But what about how dry your skin feels, when it chaps/peels/etc? Is that based on absolute, or relative humidity?
