Why does a whistle work on dogs, but a chirp works on cats- is this merely sound frequency or related to their hunting evolution?

Often, supermarkets sell 'green veg', but it's not that green. Does this mean it is chlorophyll (the green causer) that is nutritious, as yellow or completely faded lettuce I assume isn't worth eating except for its fiber content?

If the skull was artificially much more expandable during development, would the brain grow to be larger than it is- does the skull size/shape limit growth size/shape; if so, does this cap the potential intelligence capacity in comparison to the same limited, smaller brain which is given less space?
