If a planet in our solar system had an orbit that kept it on the opposite side of the sun for at least the last few hundred years, would we have detected it by now?

Hypothetically, if wormholes existed, would they orbit in whatever system they are in, or be a non-mobile point in space while the rest of space moves around it.
