Wikipedia states that when Stalin died, Enver Hoxha "assembled the entire population in the capital's largest square featuring a statue of Stalin" and made them recite a 2000 word oath. It's not clear what "entire population" refers to. Was it of the entire country? Or just of the capital?

In "American Gangster", a biopic of Frank Lucas, there is a scene where Lucas is in Indochina to meet with a heroin supplier. When he gets to the poppy fields, his guide says that "this area is locked down by the Kuomintang, Chiang Kai-Shek's defeated army." Is this Hollywood or fiction?
