[WP] Superheroes are dead. They’d sacrificed themselves in order to defeat the greatest supervillain to have ever walk the Earth. This was when the aliens decided to invade. What they didn’t expect were the remaining supervillains picking up the mantle to defend Earth, begrudgingly.
