does this look normal? it’s been weeks of feeling like there’s something in my eye but i can’t find anything visible to me. these veins look a little too angry to be normal and it does feel irritated in that area. does this look like a familiar problems to anyone?

what’s wrong with my eye? it’s been weeks of feeling like there’s something in my eye but i cannot see anything. these veins get redder as the day goes on and are usually calmer in the mornings. it is irritated in that area. does this look like an issue anyone is familiar with?
