Connie Rector is a name that should be known. He was a Negro league pitcher who went 18-1 in 1929; that .9474 W-L% led all Major Leagues that year. And he kept going after turning 50. At 52, he led the 1944 NY Black Yankees with a 3.32 ERA (qualified pitchers), WHIP, and even OPS+ (168). Cool career
