Paris 2024 Navigo app on Apple Watch — anyone had this error when adding pass to watch?

No free water at venues — so far been to both La Défense arena and Parc Des Princes and shocked that there is no water except expenses bottles (which they then must decant in to a €2 cup). Is it just these venues or are they all like this? Very interested in situation at Stade De France.
