I have no scales. how many mg do you think I’ve put this in the capsule? Originally bought .5 and scooped some out of the bag into the capsule. Any help would be cool. Maybe .2 in this do you think mayb? I dunno man any help would be sick love ya

1st time drying speed paste ( I’ve had 1-2 bumps already, bought .5 all up, didn’t take photos of the final product (I’m sorry) and this is the rest. I’ve lost a bit of product I would assume so,
