I recall a time when people moved here for the affordability… but Nowadays, it appears many are considering leaving due to the rising costs... This seems to be one of the largest drawbacks of DFW’s constant growth, and development.

I remember when people moved here for the affordability; a $250K home back then now costs around $700K. Have the rising costs made you consider moving away from the DFW area? This seems to be one of the major drawbacks of DFW’s continuous growth and development.
