I’m 16 and I hope I don’t have lung cancer or something from all the vaping and smoking I took it to far

Does anyone think I’ll be okay I’ve been smoking and vaping for 4 years heavy and I’m 16, I’ve been taking blinkers off of delta 8 vapes and nicotine vapes and I used to hold it it too, also used to smoke cigs, weed and notebookpaper and having chest pain and left side pain

I’m 16 and scared of the damage I have caused my lungs from all the blinkers on delta 8 vapes and nicotine vapes and smoking cigarettes and black and milds and weed and just about everything you can smoke but I just quit I just hope it’s not to late what do you guys think

Anyone know if me having a dull pain in my left side that comes and goes is smoking/vaping related?
