When the antibodies are created against coronavirus, or any other similar special diseases, do they stay in body for lifetime? Or would they get destroyed when not in use?

When a person is dying, does will of being alive fades off first ( like the broken heart syndrome), or is it physical body gives up first, then will starts to fade off automatically consequently? Or these two are completely unrelated co-dependent events?

As there is no single incident of time-travelling yet, doesn't it suggest that humanity, and then entire universe has never invented time-travel? because if someone in the universe did invent it, spatial travel isn't that big of a deal and then they would've been here.
