How is it the junior doctors get offered 22% whilst nurses get 5.5 percent I am so tired of weak unions. How can we change this ?

Is this right ? I have a plan1, plan 2 and a postgrad loan and it states I will pay over £1000 per month back on a salary of 70k seems so high, any advice or tips to try and not make this a huge dent ?
