I’ve had this little bump on my finger for around six months. I thought it was a wart but I went to the doctors and they couldn’t figure out what it was NSFW

Wart on finger (basically I have these little white spots no bump no pain no itchiness I have like about three on my finger just started noticed them I put some acid on it, but it just took the dead skin away. it could be eczema. I’m not too sure. I do wash my hands quite a lot NSFW
