I had a silly idea for an expansion called Emergency Services. It allows you to draw a card at the City, Village and Tavern called a 'Disturbance', basically a Quest. They come in 3 types 'Criminal', 'Disaster' and 'Medical'. Any ideas or suggestions? First character ready for review.
