Well, i got tanned, and i got fatter. (67kg -> 69kg.) Trying desperately to get down to 62kg AT LEAST. Can you guys guess both my bodyfat % & muscle %? Hoping to be around 20%, 45% although i will lose fat.

Gained 2kg/4.4lbs. Tell me i am still fuckable... i will lose weight definitely, but i am still around 20% bodyfat, right? That is not shredded & awesome, but it is still within "normal" range, not overweight?
