Help needed! Looking at getting one of these two bikes…first PROPER MTB, looking for decent up hill and downhill etc based in uk so travelling to all parts of country

Help needed, looking at getting either one of these two bike bothe £2,500 lovely British pounds, not sure which one to go for both 2023 models….specs are below. Got no clue so any help would be nice, looking for an all rounder…maybe faster on the downhill
