Why is the UARS satellite fluctuating in altitude? Shouldn't it be falling at a constant, or increasing rate?

If force = mass X acceleration, then if I am traveling at a constant speed of 70mph in a car, and hit a brick wall, am I literally hitting it with no force?

Why do you have to use a vein for some IV things (blood work, morphine at hospital, etc)... but other things can just be shot in some random place in your arm (flu shot, etc)?

~100 Billion years down the line stars will be formed slower, and humans will most likely be extinct. Is it possible that another intelligent life form is created on a new planet, with a new star, tens of billions of years from now? Or are all planets and stars that will be here, already here?
