Can anyone here speak to the odds and rarity of finding a clovis point?

I'm already not confident in my ability to identify quartz/quartzite and similar material points. But I was just barel able to make out what possibly may be a broken point. What I'm looking at in the first photo appears to resemble a notch in the bottom left and an edge running along the left side.
