Okay following up my yesterday post. This is the most recent pic of my body from this morning. Currently on 1500-1600 kcal, working out 5 times a week, minimum 10k steps daily. Should I go to little healthy bulk to gain more definition and strength? Or should I keep calories as they are.

Today was a leg day and little hunt for a gym clothes. Will do some meal prep full of protein for following week. Love Sundays. If you haven't already, hit the gym!
