So out of curiosity I realized that HeLa cells theoretically can expand infinitely. If we let a cell of them grow in an ideal amount and feeding it. How big could it be and what would it physically look like if it was big enough?

When squinting my eyes or overall looking in a way that blurs and refocuses my vision. I see these microscopical circular spots. They are circular with a bright interior and dark exterior. They aren't actually visible and I am curious what they are.
