[WP]William, Duke of Normandy, is preparing to cross the English Channel in 1066. As his fleet sets sail, they see across the Channel an immensely larger fleet of metal monstrosities as far as the eye can see, the fleet preparing to launch the 1944 invasion of Normandy during WWII.
