Did some SB power cleans today as part of my training. 2 sets of 150 lb for 3 reps. Then a set of 175 lb for 3 and then 2 (got gassed lol). What a fun movement.

Fun sandbag conditioning day! Started with sandbag shuttle medleys consisting of a 100 lb SB shoulder 200 ft carry into a 150 lb SB shoulder 200 ft carry for 4 rounds (best 14 seconds). Next was 4 rounds of a circuit with 18 lb Mace 360s, pushups, SB getup (100-125lb), and 10 ski cals.
