Had some fun sandbag work in today's training. Started with 4 rounds of sandbag shuttle runs: 200 ft w/ 100 lb shoulder carry, followed by 200 ft w/ 150 lb shoudler carry (best round 14 sec). Then had a circuit of 18 lb mace 360 swings, 10 push-ups, 1 SB get-up (100-125 lb) and 10 SkiErg cals.
