Fun sandbag conditioning day! Started with sandbag shuttle medleys consisting of a 100 lb SB shoulder 200 ft carry into a 150 lb SB shoulder 200 ft carry for 4 rounds (best 14 seconds). Next was 4 rounds of a circuit with 18 lb Mace 360s, pushups, SB getup (100-125lb), and 10 ski cals.
