[WP] Each time you kill someone, you have a vision of the best thing that person did for humanity. Usually this confirms that you are actually killing villains. But each of the last three people you killed triggered visions showing that the best thing they ever did was try to kill you.

[WP] You wake up to find your best friend's left hand in your opened chest. He's holding a bunch of wires in his right hand. When he notices you're awake, he says, "Oh good. Here hold this," and hands you your heart.

[WP] You lost your loved one in this dimension, so you travel to another one to try again. When you arrive at the new dimension, you realize the you from this dimension is already dating your loved one. The only way to get what you want is to get rid of yourself.

[WP] At a follow-up doctor appt, most of the staff are new. In fact, you only recognize the doctor. She shows you an MRI that reveals the impossible: tiny creatures have been replacing your brain with CPUs. She believes the creatures can be removed but you may not be able to function w/out them.
