[WP] Ancient Egypt discovered "force" magic which was used for the pyramids. Instead of dying off, they became the monopoly for masonry, carpentry, irrigation, and transportation. Electricity has hardly been researched. It is like France's influence was in 1600-1800 but more widespread.
