[WP] Humanity has designed an implant that stops aging and death. Earth has reached a "max" occupancy. Only those couples who choose not to have an implant are allowed two children, the rest are made infertile until the implant is removed. There has not been a birth in 100 years.

[TT] Its the Victorian Era, a wandering child catches sight of a hot air balloon falling from the sky. Upon arrival at the crash site they recognize a deceased man as a well renown inventor who had went missing. Papers strewn about talk of an ancient treasure thought to be that of myth.
