[WP] Vampires are only weak to stakes and garlic. Werewolves are only weak to silver. Hunters often forget to bring both, and so both vampires and werewolves often become roommates to cover for each other’s weaknesses. The rent is also cheaper.

[WP] On one fateful day, everyone in the world received a slip of paper with a date on it. (Date as in M/D/Y) It turns out that this date is when the person closest to you dies. The slip of paper that you have has tomorrow's date.

[WP] Aliens have come to Earth decades after human extinction. They access to some written records from Earth and have a pretty accurate record of human history. However, they couldn’t really understand the metaphors in these records.

Aliens are trying to get a sense of what the (now extinct) human life was like. Although most of their record was accurate from artifacts found on earth, aliens didn’t know what metaphors were.
