[Fabric, modded, 1.19.2] Something keeps creating HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS invisible items in my world. I even deleted the chunks it was happening in, but it takes it about an hour to go back to 100-300k items. NBTExplorer and Spark don't seem to see these entities

[Fabric, modded 1.19.2] Server crashed from overloading, even thought it has 8GB of RAM (which may be because my brand new world has like 300k items for some reason somewhere) and then "Fetches packet for removed entity". I have no idea what's going on
