[WP] The Dark Lord of Ultimate Evil rules his Empire of Dread with a cruel hand. Every hundred years or so he writes a new prophecy about himself saying that a teenaged chosen one will defeat him, as a ruse to trick his enemies so they don’t send any actual threats against him.
